Mayban Finance Berhad

Fiscal Prospects Sdn Bhd has been serving Mayban Finance Berhad since 1996. Our service rendered to the biggest finance company in Malaysia includes Structured Cabling System for Data and Voice, Supplies for Hub, Switches and Routers, consultant for network and LAN set up. These services are rendered to supplement and support both Eastern and Western Malaysia Peninsula .

Credit Card Fraud Monitoring System

Fiscal co-develop a Credit card fraud monitoring system by utilizing a technique called “screen scrapping”. This software was developed for the banks to track possible fraudulence cases by extracting information from a TN3270 mainframe screens into a client server database.

BSN Finance Berhad

Fiscal Prospects Sdn Bhd was awarded the in-house contractor for BSN Finance since 1997. Our role is to provide a site preparation service that includes Structured Cabling System for Data and Voice, Network hardware supplies, Raise Floor and Fire Fighting system construction for server rooms. We are currently supporting all their branches nationwide. With the new merger we hope to service Oriental Finance as much and professionally as we did for BSN Finance Berhad.

Bank Pertanian Malaysia Berhad (Mesiniaga Project Manager)

The scope of work included;

1. Trace all old cable for both data and voice for each floor
2. Identify all new cable routing for each floor
3. Prepare and install all hardware fitting as in floor pipes and metal trunking from riser to rack room for each floor.
4. Pull out old cable from current floor trunking for each floor
5. Cut and lay new data and voice cable into the old and new floor trunking
6. Test all line connectivity for both data and voice
7. Manage all rack and patch panels

Mobikom SDN BHD

Fiscal Prospects Sdn Bhd was awarded a nationwide Mobikom service centre upgrade through a tender process consisting of structured cabling system for data and voice over CAT 5 cable. Both data and voice cabling were implemented over the standard Cat 5 AMP cables and AMP patch panels. The project covered both East and West Malaysian Peninsular. Total branches involved were 15 nationwide.

Johor Port BHD (SNI Project Manager)

Awarded to Fiscal Prospects Sdn Bhd by Systems Network Integration Sdn Bhd the project involved laying, testing and commissioning of 3km-single mode fibre optics, 4km- multi-mode fibre optics, 90 points of UTP Cat 5 horizontal cabling and 15 lengths of RG58 backbones cabling. The project challenges were ongoing construction work during laying and short project duration. Fiscal finished the project in due time and no project-overrun cost were incurred.

Active Vintage (M) SDN BHD

This project was to wire an acre build up area of a manufacturing plant located in Senawang, Negeri Sembilan. Total data points installed were 100 points. The plant was broken into 4 different areas and connecting the whole area required exhaustive care as the carpet, tiles and partition were already in place. Our team of installers manage to complete the whole installation with 90% of the “cable path” hacked and piped by Fiscal in 9 days. Working mostly around the clock

Telekom GSM Office in Bangladesh

This award is for the installation of 70 points of UTP Cat 5 in Bangladesh and Dhaka . The challenges for the job were not enough hardware materials in Bangladesh , poor logistic coordination in Bangladesh , no proper floor plan and poor local project management. The job was eventually completed in 3 weeks

Telekom (Fiscal and Software Architect)

Telekom was the main communication supplier during SUKOM 1998. The service rendered to all multi national news, sports and government agency was on a prepaid basis. This was done to ensure TELEKOM business exposure was less as these international customers has to pay before utilization. Services rendered during the game were International call and fax, Reuters, satellite airtime, mobile phones, local lines, phone rentals and many more.

MEGATV (Fiscal consultant Proj Manager Software Architect)

Fiscal was involved in the designing, developing, testing and implementing TV3's MEGATV Subscriber Management System (SMS). The job to design and develop was awarded to Fiscal by Technology Factor Sdn Bhd (Turnkey contractor). Fiscal was only given 3 month to complete the application as the current software was running to slow every billing cycle. With a team of 12-analyst programmer and system analyst we manage to complete the enterprise solution on the date line. The billing ran smoothly and major campaigns were organized to increase the subscriber database. With the new SMS the once 8,000 subscriber base (which took 6 days to run billing), MEGATV subscriber increase exponentially into 250,000 subscriber within 4 months and billing run 1.5 days

Maktab Perguruan Teknik Cheras

Fiscal developed a system “CYBER CAFÉ MANAGEMENT SYSTEM”. This system tracks and manages all computers in the cyber café. This system tracks the user URL/web site surf, running application and user information. We integrate our software with third party desktop digital camera application to enabled pictures to be captured together with student's information.

Kementerian Perdagangan Dalam Negeri

Cpoint Jururunding Sdn Bhd awarded this job to Fiscal for the development, testing, commissioning and training of

1. Jualan Langsung Management System – a system to track and manage all direct selling company and agencies in Malaysia .
2. Petroleum Management System – s system to track and manage al Petroleum selling and trading company and agency in Malaysia .
3. Though the system for HargaBarang Management System was not developing from scratch – Fiscal rectified a 2-year-old programming bug from the previous vendor. The system was only 25% utilization because of the error and when Fiscal rectified the bug the user are able to utilize the system more efficiently

Fiscal developed a system for the “PAS PEGAWAI DAGANG MANAGEMENT SYSTEM”. This system tracks and manages all passes given to foreigners working in management and executive roles in Malaysia . This system tracks information on the hiring company, current existing professional staff, director data, financial data and ex-patriot information.

Bank Islam Malaysia Berhad

We provide Data Entry Services for Bank Islam Card Centre (Credit Card). With minimum target of 300 applications entry daily, to speed-up the data-entry process we developed a system that follows exactly as the application form sequence. We managed the mandatory fields, system fields and defaults value which helps in speeding-up the data-entry process. At periodic time, using screen-scrapping technology, we upload the data into their AS400 system.

Within 1 month, all backlog application has been entered into the system.

Our task list includes:

• Data entry of application form
• Ctos batch file preparation
• Verification of data between application form and AS400 system
• Validation of supporting document such as salary slip, EA/J form, photocopy of IC
• Printing of credit checklist and ctos report (we've designed both report printed subsequently in order)
