1.) Loantrac System
1)- Loan Tracking Monitoring System (LTMS) – System that tracks Hire Purchase accounts and collectors performance. The system is designed to receive input or batch interface file from any Hire Purchase backend system and uploads to LTMS for:
a) Account Category Assignment – Account can be categorized by region, outstanding balances, Month in Arrears and the Administrator can then assign to the respective collectors for job assignment
b) Collector Job Tracking – collectors daily activity on follow up are updated into the system, for job monitoring purposes. Upon assignment – collectors are given a monthly opening accounts outstanding balance and total no of accounts for specific Month in Arrears category and weekly and monthly reporting in the system will provide performance tracking on accounts and reports on the collectors.
c) Reporting system – predefined letter templates can be printed in different stages of the collection process to ensure prompt action on Account that are being assigned. Collectors follow up details can also be printed to provide Management work/task that have been done on an Account. Weekly and Monthly Performance Management report on current status and outstanding balances by Month in Arrears to provide Management current state of HP Accounts.

2.) Data Entry and Evaluation System
Our task list includes:
- Data entry of application form
- Ctos batch file preparation
- Verification of data between application form and AS400 system
- Validation of supporting document such as salary slip, EA/J form, photocopy of IC
- Printing of credit checklist and ctos report (we've designed both report printed subsequently in order)
- Sorting of documents and application form in order

3.) Credit Evaluation System for Credit Card Industry
Developed for the Credit Card industry, the system provides the Banking and Finance industry a Scoring Engine and workflow system for the process of Data Entry, Data Entry Validation, Filtering, External and Internal Information Input, Flags, Information Verification and Full Evaluation for Decision Process.

4.) PCGuard Resource Management System
Fiscal developed a system “PCGuard Resource Management System ”. This system tracks and manages all computers in the training lab. This system tracks the user URL/web site surf, running application, printing details and user login time information. Equipped with more special functions to control every desktop pc such as disable control panel, disable shutdown, disable ctrl-alt-del, disable network properties and many more. Track login and logout time with the ability to shutdown the computer automatically.

5.) Customer Management System
Developed for the Credit Card industry, the system provides the Banking and Finance industry a Scoring Engine and workflow system for the process of Data Entry, Data Entry Validation, Filtering, External and Internal Information Input, Flags, Information Verification and Full Evaluation for Decision Process.

6.) Event Management System
Event Management System (EMS) was developed to manage and rate (different rate table) for all the transactions from the current Billing Engine online. Transaction records are fetching and pulled 4 times daily from each respective system journal and rated into the EMS database.

7.) Credits Card Fraud Monitoring System
Fiscal co-develop a Credit card fraud monitoring system by utilizing a technique called “screen scrapping”. This software was developed for the banks to track possible fraudulence cases by extracting information from a TN3270 mainframe screens into a client server database.
In addition, the system can be set with certain criteria before searching into the database for fraud information. If the criteria's are meeting, the system can then generate alarm by sound, email and etc. The same methodology can also be used for tracking and managing any log transaction systems and operations. It is currently used by Maybank Berhad.

8.) Cyber Cafe Management System
Fiscal developed a system “CYBER CAFÉ MANAGEMENT SYSTEM”. This system tracks and manages all computers in the cyber café. This system tracks the user URL/web site surf, running application and user information. We integrate our software with third party desktop digital camera application to enabled pictures to be captured together with student's information.

9.) Pas Pegawai Dagangan Management System
Fiscal developed a system for the “PAS PEGAWAI DAGANG MANAGEMENT SYSTEM”. This system tracks and manages all passes given to foreigners working in management and executive roles in Malaysia . This system tracks information on the hiring company, current existing professional staff, director data, financial data and ex-patriot information.
